Work  Guarantee 
                 
                As  in all other aspects of medical science, in dental practice there will  inevitably be a  small percentage of cases where a failed restoration would  have to be repaired or redone. Although it is difficult to give guarantees in  this line of work, as a general rule of thumb we’ll not charge our patients  again up to one year for the same restoration (i.e. the same surfaces of  restored area) should there be a failure. 
              
Scheduling 
Many  factors can affect the timing of an appointment. We try our best to accommodate  all our patients with a time that best suits their schedules. The time of your  appointment is specifically reserved for you and in case of a no show or a  short notice cancelation we are unable to accommodate other patients in that  time slot. In the event that you are unable to come to your appointment and  need to re-schedule, please notify us at least 48 hours  in advance of your appointment.
